Peek around the corner of the rooftop towards the gateway to the next area and, when the coast is clear, Blink across to the next walkway. Ascend the stairs inside, blink across to the adjacent balcony and keep to the rooftop. Blink over to the balcony on the right with the guard, and kill or knock him out. You should see this Charm through the right-hand wall. Strong Arms – Choking is Faster: Start the 1 st level, activate Void Gaze, and look to the right.
